![]() The Road Users’ Alliance provides a voice for all of us who count on the roads to get from A to B. RUA believes that we need a substantial improvement in the UK’s network of roads, footways and cycle paths, so that people and goods can travel freely without getting caught in unnecessary jams. RUA campaigns for an end to the decades of underfunding which have left the UK with an incomplete, over-stressed road network on the brink of gridlock. RUA fights for a fair deal for road users, who pay to the Government well over £40 billion in motoring taxes but see less than a tenth of that re-invested in the road network.
